Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Trading Seekho, we deliver the Stock Market Trading Mastery ebook within a few minutes via Email and WhatsApp after payment.
Because this product is digital and delivered within a few minutes, we maintain a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy except in limited circumstances described below.

1. No Refund Policy

All sales made on Trading Seekho are final and non-refundable.
Refund requests will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Accidental order placement
- Failure to consult a SEBI-registered financial advisor before applying the ebook's content
- Technical or user errors (e.g., providing incorrect email or phone number)

2. Exceptions — Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional case:

Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same order.
How to Request a Refund for Duplicate Payment
Contact us within 24 hours of the purchase.
Provide proof of duplicate payment, such as:
- Transaction IDs
- Payment confirmation screenshots
- Bank or payment gateway statements showing the duplicate charge
We will verify the duplicate transaction. If confirmed, the duplicate amount will be refunded via the original payment method.

3. Refund Method and Processing Time

All approved refunds will be issued only to the original source payment method used for the purchase. This means the refund will be returned to the same card, bank account, UPI account, wallet, or other payment instrument through which the payment was made, as applicable. Refunds cannot be sent to a different payment method or issued in cash.
Refunds for verified duplicate payments will be processed within 7–10 business days. The time required for the refunded amount to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Cancellation Policy

Because the ebook is delivered within a few minutes of successful payment, cancellations are not possible once the order is placed.
There are no cancellation procedures or cancellation fees to apply — cancellation requests received after payment cannot be honored.

5. Non-Refundable / Non-Cancellable Products & Services

The Stock Market Trading Mastery ebook and any related services sold through Trading Seekho are non-refundable and non-cancellable once delivered.
