1. Digital Product Nature
All products sold on Trading Seekho are digital eBooks delivered instantly via email after successful payment. As digital goods are non-returnable and non-revocable, cancellations and refunds are subject to the policy outlined below.
2. Cancellation Policy
Since our products are delivered instantly, we do not offer order cancellations once the payment is successfully processed. Please ensure you review your order carefully before proceeding with the payment.
3. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for digital products once they have been delivered. This policy is in place to protect the intellectual property and digital nature of the content. However there are some exceptions for the refunds, please refer to the exceptions pointers below.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:
- The customer was charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error
- The product download link was never received despite correct payment and email address
- The file provided is corrupt or inaccessible and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours
In such cases, customers must contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase with full details and proof of the issue.
The refund initiation time is minimum 1 hour to maximum 6 hours from the time of finalising the refund decision, and you will get the refund within maximum 7 days from the date of refund to your original payment method.
